Just a very small selection of the regular feedback from Windrush customers
What have you most enjoyed about the couse?
My dog and I have learnt so much in a welcoming, calm, friendly environment. The handouts, the explanations, the homework and the advice. We look forward to our class and have enjoyed every moment.
I would never have believed that eight weeks ago, my now five month old labrador pup would have learnt and responded to so many aspects of his training. We have achieved over and above my expectations.
Nicola Thomas and her wonderful black lab pup Guinness - thank you Nicola it has been a pleasure to teach you both. October 2009
We have most enjoyed the friendly, small group atmosphere. It has been fun and not a chore and has given us the skills to improve the quality of Jet's home life with us. We love that we can walk Jet on the lead without pulling, most of the time. She has also imprived massively on recall. The course has meant that we are now more confident on how to improve her behaviour so we can get the best from her. We are a lot more relaxed with her and can give her the independence she needs off lead more.

We have most enjoyed the development and reinforcing of the basics and inovative ideas to improve and re-inforce training in a fun way for both us and Harvey.
The course has helped our bonding with Harvey and improved how we keep him entertained when we're busy

Learning the skills to train Chloe in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere & meeting other dogs and their owners. I really feel I understand her better now. It really helped my boys to be more confident with Chloe.

It's been great socialisation for Hebe and given her much more confidence when she meets other dogs. Haviing different aged dogs on the course has really helped her respect the dogs she meets.
We've enjoyed all apects of the course and found it stimulating, interesting and informative. We've seen how much Hebe has responded to learning new tasks and practising them. She seems to love mastering a new skill and has a great memory.
We found the Children and Dogs pack very useful. This like all the written material we've received is clear comprehensive and accessible. We thought the 'Advice for Children and Teenagers' successfully targeted that age group.
Thank you for all your great feedback Liz and Phil, and of course lovely Hebe, another Dalmation. May 2007
We have most enjoyed finding out about so many activities and learning to adapt the approach to different dogs. Thank you, it has been fun. Dr Spike and Margaret with gentle Teddy, the only Curly Coated Retriever I have ever met. July 2008
What have you most enjoyed about the course and why?
Scooby's improvement with his recall because now I can take him to the beach let him off without worrying.
I think I have achieved my personal aims and I am pleased with the results.
We have bonded well and he now has a lot more respect for me and other people, especially when on walks.

As our second time with Windrush, I like the improvement to the course, Mabel loved the new dog mats! As always a highly enthusiastic and motivated course leader who basically loves dogs. Also love all new games. Helen and Matt returning with their new addition, cocker spaniel Mabel, affectionately called Lady Mabel by me as she is such a sweet and well mannered dog. March 2008
"I have most enjoyed the fun way Rex and I have learned to train obedience and the respect it has given to me from him" "He and I have gained skills I didn't think were possible from a young puppy" "He has more respect and listens to me." From Sue Nicholls and bright little Cocker Spaniel cross Lakeland Terrierr, Rex, aged four and a half months at the start of their Foundation Clicker Training Course. March 2007
"Toki has responded so well to his training, it has been great to watch him improve on a weekly basis, he's happy and eager to learn new things, which in turn makes me happy."
Gaynor Williams and her amazingly responsive Golden Retriever cross puppy, Toki. September 2007
